ATS are one of the most established Drop Ship companies in the UK. They offer over 2,500 products to their members.
What products do they sell?
A huge range of electronic related products are available. As well as PC accessories, console accessories, Bluetooth products and more. ATS have also started to add non electronic related products such as personal care items, kites and kids swimming pools. We were very impressed with the breadth of range available.
Do members have online account access?
Yes, there is an area where you can view all of your past transactions. You can also update your personal information and add funds to your account.
A service that marks ATS out from other Drop Ship companies is their order history screen. Many items are sent Business Post and include a tracking number, this information is all including within the history screen. There is also a nice additional feature of a “Cut and Paste” email template that you can use to inform your customers when an item has been sent. This gives you back the power of relationship and service you need with your customers.
Do they charge to become members?
Yes they do. This was £30 the last time we checked. However, they do offer a free £40 product Pack to their customers if they sign up. We have not seen this Product Pack to comment on its value, if you would like to email us about this or clarify the contents, please do so.
Payment options?
Obviously Paypal is an option. It’s slightly different from most commerce sites in the fact that you have to “load” your account up with money before you’re able to purchase anything. It’s a little quirky, however once you’re used to it, there’s no problems.
ATS also accept Debit and Credit cards, in the same way they accept Paypal.
What is their service like?
Very good, communication is good and delivery is fast. There is an argument that they could provide more sales tools for their members, ie CSV files, better images and descriptions. Although, this is definitely not a deal breaker.
Summary
ATS are leaders in the Drop Ship industry. They have a solid reputation and we would be happy to recommend them. They seem to have listened to their customers and have started to introduce a lot of new products on a regular basis. The great thing about having a good choice in products is that you will not be competing with lots of other ATS drop ship members. This used to be the case around 12 months ago, this has now changed, the result is that there are plenty of products to choose with lots of margin to help you make as much money as possible.
