What products do they sell?

An unbelievable number of items are for sale. The great thing about Puckator is that they give their members new ways to make money with every seasonal event. Valentine products, mother’s day gifts, Halloween, Christmas, Easter….. Meaning that if you have your own web store or eBay selling account you have the opportunity to keep your offering fresh, you can also legitimately contact your existing customers with details as each new range is introduced. Really, Puckator is the thinking drop shipper’s drop ship company, they even offer their members XML feeds that have real time definition of all of their products.

Do members have online account access?

Absolutely there is. This includes details of your order history, your account information. Puckator also send a regular email keeping you up to date on changes and competitions.

Do they charge to become members?

Yes, they charge £25 to become a member. Whilst we do not advocate dropship companies charging membership fees, even we have to admit you’ll be hard pressed to find better value for your money here in the UK.

Payment options?

Paypal is accepted for all of you eBay sellers. A welcome addition of credit and debit cards is also offered.

What is their service like?

The best that we have come across and we’ve tried a lot. An example, I sold a lovely Buddha ornament from Puckator via eBay to a gentlemen in the US. My customer paid me and I quickly paid Puckator, the item was dispatched and arrived at my customer’s address quite soon after. Unfortunately, the item had been damaged in transition, my customer contacted me and I contacted Puckator. If I’m honest, I was expecting little from Puckator, apart from the usual “Have your customer send it back to us at their cost and we’ll investigate” type response I’d grown used to. Instead, I was delighted to be told that they would ship a replacement immediately, they also advised my customer not to send the item back in order to save postal costs. A fine performance from a fine drop ship company.

Summary

We believe that you will be hard pushed to find a better drop ship company in the UK. Clearly successful, Puckator have invested strongly in their business in order to offer their members more choice and opportunity. This is not a fly by night operation, Puckator is an established company with experience, this definitely shows. There is enough on offer at Puckator to keep even the most hard to please dropshipper happy, our bet is that you’ll be too busy adding new products to your sales channels, competing for the many sales incentives offered by Puckator, to worry about other drop ship companies for a while.
