It is a web site, that is effectively a complete business opportunity, just plug in switch on and all you need to do is collect the keys and cash the cheques. Well, that’s what is meant to be like. In real life it is a little different, many buyers are left with web sites that have absolutely no chance of succeeding. We know this because we receive lots of emails telling us so.
So what can we do with the growing number of Turnkey Web sites slowly making their way to the Internet Graveyard?
We like to think of web sites as pieces of real estates. Some web sites are very popular and lots of people go there to spend time. This makes those types of web sites valuable and sought after. These are fashionable web sites located in a good part of town, they have good schools and local access.
On the other hand, there are the poorer web sites. These are the sites that are built next to a power station, a train track goes along the bottom of their very small garden. The local council has stopped the buses and the local school merged with another 10 miles away. Unfortunately, this is the site that no one really wants to go to or live at.
Whilst the sites that are located in the posh part of town continue to grow in value, the poorer sites will see their value slide further. We know that there are many sites like this?
